About the Role

The FirstJob Learner Programme at FNB is designed to give young graduates and aspiring professionals a chance to gain valuable work experience while completing a formal, registered qualification.

As a Learner, you will actively contribute to the business through tasks such as research, analysis, administration, process improvement, and project work, all while meeting the requirements of your academic qualification.

This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a supportive and dynamic banking environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on predefined work objectives including research, analysis, and administrative tasks.

  • Adhere to FNB’s values, service standards, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes.

  • Resolve customer complaints, take ownership of issues, and collect feedback for service improvement.

  • Ensure product knowledge and technical advice are accurate and reliable.
