๐งพ Position Overview
As the Fleet & Accommodation Administrator, your core responsibility is to ensure the efficient coordination and management of all records, systems, and service processes related to fleet vehicles and accommodation for a major client. You will be responsible for administrative accuracy, stakeholder communication, and the implementation of record-keeping standards that align with CBRE and client expectations.
This position requires a balance of administrative precision, financial reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination.
๐ Key Responsibilities
Accommodation Administration

Invoice processing and record-keeping for all client accommodation requirements.

Manage cost adjustments and ensure accurate tracking.

Reconcile accommodation costs per reporting standards.

Address queries related to accommodation services.

Ensure secure storage and timely maintenance of confidential records.

Collaborate with service providers to streamline accommodation workflows.

Track documentation and performance against KPIs, budgets, and deadlines.

Submit regular reports on accommodation administration status.
Fleet Administration

Coordinate fleet management activities with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate logs of all fleet-related data for the specific location.

Support the review and implementation of efficiency improvements in the fleet management process.

Reconcile fleet costs and expenses as per company and client requirements.

Apply documentation governance in compliance with CBRE and client standards.

Deliver timely and accurate reports with detailed variance analysis.
๐ Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) โ A post-matric qualification is preferred.

4โ5 years of experience in a relevant administrative role.

Strong computer literacy: MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience in working within facilities or fleet-related environments is advantageous.
