Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a Fleet Clerk for our Phoenix depot. As a crucial member of our fleet team, you will assist in ensuring compliance with relevant transport legislation and provide administrative support for smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, reporting directly to the Fleet Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Fleet Maintenance & Data Management

Record fleet maintenance data in SAP.

Ensure vehicle records, service files, and documents are properly filed and maintained.

Update vehicle licenses and track fleet master data.
🔹 Transport Administration & Reporting
-
Complete general transport administration duties as required.

Process orders and apply PTP principles in full.

Update key performance indicators (KPIs) and distribute daily fleet reports to fleet analysts.

Track and manage accident repairs, charge out costs to the relevant department.
🔹 Fleet Support & Coordination

Coordinate fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicles are available for service and repairs.

Manage fuel controls, including the re-ordering process.

Maintain and distribute vehicle maintenance plans.
🔹 Compliance & Documentation

Manage fleet cards, reconcile Standard Bank accounts, and obtain quotes.

Ensure pre-trip inspections and other vehicle-related documentation are recorded and filed for audit purposes.

Administer local management forms and ensure that all required documentation is completed.
Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Education:
-
Matric with 2 years of relevant fleet administration experience.
💼 Experience & Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Familiar with SAP PM (advantageous).

Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
-
Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines.

Detail-oriented, with excellent customer service and a strong sense of urgency.
