📝 Job Summary:

RCL Foodcorp is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to manage fleet operations, support driver efficiency, and perform key administrative duties. This full-time role in Randfontein offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment with a leading food production company.

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Diploma in Transport and Logistics

• Proven administration experience in a similar fleet/logistics environment

• Strong computer literacy and data capturing skills

• Willingness to work shifts

• Reliable, assertive, and proactive with the ability to take initiative

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all fleet administrative tasks

• Monitor vehicle utilization and trip progress

• Track fleet location and movement in real time

• Communicate breakdowns and capture incidents

• Resolve driver and customer-related issues promptly

• Liaise between factory and customer to address logistics problems

• Assist with dispatching, rescheduling, and extra orders

• Ensure optimal performance through driver supervision and control
