Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support store management to provide exceptional leadership to the team
  • Ensure operational excellence with a customer-centric approach
  • Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store
  • Allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and manage priorities
  • Provide input on and manage merchandise and visual principles
  • Drive performance through store KPIs (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals)

Qualifications:

  • Matric certificate

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in store leadership
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customers and situations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy
  • Skills in strategic sales planning and managing the sales process
  • Proficiency in customer value management
