About the Role
Markham in Menlyn Park is on the lookout for a dynamic Floor Supervisor to join their team. You’ll work closely with the store management team to lead by example and uphold Markham’s high standards in customer service, merchandising, and store presentation.

- Support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store staff.

- Drive the team to achieve store KPI’s such as turnover, new accounts, and visual standards.
- Manage and optimize the sales process, ensuring products are available, presented well, and marketed to customers.

- Allocate time effectively to handle multiple tasks and ensure priorities are met.
- Ensure the store operates smoothly, managing visual merchandising and store stock levels.

Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Educational Requirements
- A Matric Certificate or equivalent.
💼 Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, with at least 1 year of leadership experience in store management.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and store management is essential.
