The FNB Private Banking and Advisory Graduate Academy is an exclusive programme designed for high-performing graduates interested in building a career in private banking, wealth management, and financial advisory services.
Participants will receive specialised training in investment strategies, financial planning, and wealth management while working with experienced professionals. The programme provides hands-on exposure to the private banking environment and prepares graduates to serve high-net-worth clients.
Top-performing candidates who successfully complete the programme may be offered permanent positions as Private Advisors within the bank.
