Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-quality service to guests in restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service areas.

• Present menus, explain specials, and assist guests with their food and beverage choices.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout the dining experience.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food & beverage areas.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Support team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
