📘 Fields of Study Covered

The programme includes in-service training placements in the following study areas:

💼 Business Studies:

• Business Management (20 placements)

• Marketing Management (20 placements)

• Human Resource Management (20 placements)

• Financial Management (20 placements)

• Management Assistant (40 placements)

🔧 Engineering Studies:

• Mechanical Engineering (5 placements)

• Electrical Engineering (5 placements)

✅ Entry Requirements

To qualify for this learnership opportunity, applicants must:

• Be unemployed and a South African citizen

• Hold a completed N4 – N6 Certificate in a related field (Business or Engineering)

• Not have previously participated in any WIL/in-service training programme

• Have no age restrictions

• Preferably be currently volunteering (provide a stamped and dated confirmation letter from the host company if applicable)

  • N4–N6 Certificates or Statements of Results

  • South African ID (certified within the last 6 months)
