📘 Fields of Study Covered
The programme includes in-service training placements in the following study areas:
💼 Business Studies:

Business Management (20 placements)

Marketing Management (20 placements)

Human Resource Management (20 placements)

Financial Management (20 placements)

Management Assistant (40 placements)
🔧 Engineering Studies:

Mechanical Engineering (5 placements)

Electrical Engineering (5 placements)
✅ Entry Requirements
To qualify for this learnership opportunity, applicants must:

Be unemployed and a South African citizen
-
Hold a completed N4 – N6 Certificate in a related field (Business or Engineering)
-
Not have previously participated in any WIL/in-service training programme
-
Have no age restrictions
-
Preferably be currently volunteering (provide a stamped and dated confirmation letter from the host company if applicable)
