Job Overview:
KPMG is seeking an experienced Forensic Senior Manager to join our team, focusing on Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) and Cyber Investigations. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in cyber security, incident response, and forensic investigations who is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading forensic engagements, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior staff, and drive business development activities for the DFIR service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- π Manage Cyber Investigations & DFIR Engagements: Oversee cyber investigations and digital forensics engagements, ensuring adherence to applicable methodologies and delivering results on time.
- π Business Development: Assist in building a robust pipeline for DFIR services, lead business development efforts, and engage in proposal writing and budgeting activities.
- π§βπ« Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow their skills in cyber incident response and forensic investigations.
- π Quality & Risk Management: Ensure the quality of deliverables, manage risks, and handle financial management for engagements.
- π Report Writing & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on findings and deliverables, ensuring clear communication of technical information to clients.
Skills & Attributes Required:
Technical Skills:
- βοΈ Cyber Incident Response: Experience in responding to cyber security incidents, including triage, containment, eradication, and incident coordination.
- βοΈ Forensic Analysis: Knowledge of digital forensics, cloud analytics, malware analysis, and reverse engineering.
- βοΈ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in working with various IT systems, networks (Linux, MacOS), and cloud environments; capable of performing triage and analyzing logs based on the incident’s nature.
- βοΈ Reporting & Documentation: Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation and reports.
- βοΈ Business Development Experience: Familiarity with business development activities, such as proposal writing and budgeting for forensic services.

Minimum Requirements:

- πΌ Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber forensics, information security, and incident response.
- π‘οΈ Certifications (Optional): Certifications such as SANS, CHFI, or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
