🎯 Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery

  • Welcome visitors, manage guest arrivals, and ensure smooth check-ins.

  • Anticipate client needs and assist with travel arrangements, meeting room setup, and hospitality requests.

  • Monitor meeting room conditions, technical equipment, and cleanliness.

  • Report building maintenance issues and liaise with service teams.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Customer Focus

  • Provide accurate, courteous, and timely responses to client queries.

  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and address feedback proactively.

  • Manage bookings at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Resolve complaints or escalate to management when needed.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports within set deadlines.

  • Maintain and update all records related to reception operations.

Code of Conduct

  • Uphold Tsebo’s values and ethical standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a polished corporate image.
