We are looking for a Front Of House Manager to oversee the Front of House operations including staff management, client service, and quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure an outstanding guest experience, uphold service delivery, and maintain operational excellence.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site front of house staff.

Set and enforce high service delivery standards.

Implement and monitor training programs for staff.

Manage inventory, assets, and system controls.

Address client feedback and resolve customer complaints.

Maintain client satisfaction and quality control.

Build and sustain client and customer relationships.

Uphold Fedics Grading and operational standards.

Lead independently and maintain consistent quality performance.
โ Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification (Hospitality/Business Management) advantageous.

2โ3 years of relevant experience in front-of-house or client-facing operations.

Knowledge of Business Management principles

Fully computer literate
