📈 Overall Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office CX Specialist who will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing to business growth and fostering customer loyalty.

  • 📈 Industry Knowledge: Experience with Small Business Service (SME) customers and fintech startups is an advantage.

  • 🌐 Omni-channel Experience: Proven ability to deliver great service across multiple platforms.

  • 💼 Banking Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and services.
