We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist/Night Shift Relief who thrives in a guest-facing role. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and memorable — both day and night.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work across various shifts, including relief duties during the night shift, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and autonomy.


📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome all guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.

  • Process reservations, manage bookings, and accurately record guest information.

  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide personalized assistance.

  • Perform night audit functions including daily reconciliations and updating records.

  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and inviting at all times.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for seamless service.

  • Uphold safety and security protocols, especially during night shifts.


✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations (essential).

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera.

  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

  • Presentable, reliable, and guest-service focused at all times.
