As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance software platforms. Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa (Hybrid working model)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work with project management and solution architects to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.

• Development: Build and optimize front-end and back-end applications using frameworks like React, Angular, and Node.js.

• Code Optimization: Enhance the performance of software applications to ensure scalability and speed.

• Testing & Documentation: Develop, test, and document clean, efficient code that meets industry standards.

• API Development: Design and develop APIs for smooth data flow and user interaction.

• Agile Methodology: Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning and review sessions.

• Mentoring: Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: At least 5 years of software development experience.

• Front-End: 4+ years working with React and/or Angular, solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.

• Back-End: Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL).

• Database Management: Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and cloud technologies like Azure.

• UI/UX Design: Experience with UI frameworks like Material-UI and Semantic UI.

• Testing: Familiarity with unit testing tools (Karma, Mocha, Jest).

• Development Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, MVC, and OOP principles.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with state management frameworks like Redux or MobX.

• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Exposure to modern CI/CD pipelines and build systems (Grunt, Gulp).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
