In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

As a Sales Consultant, you will ensure that all customers receive hands-on experiences with the latest Apple technology. You’ll proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, making their experience at iStore truly memorable. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and gain expert knowledge of Apple products.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers, helping them explore and experience Apple’s latest innovations.
✔️ Maximize Sales: Identify sales opportunities and recommend Apple products and services that best meet customer needs.
✔️ Hands-On Product Demonstration: Provide in-depth demonstrations of Apple products, ensuring customers fully understand how to use them.
✔️ Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of sales professionals to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service.
✔️ Maintain Store Environment: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and stocked with the latest products.
✔️ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Apple’s product offerings and be ready to assist customers with detailed information.

🧾 Minimum Requirements

✔️ Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
✔️ Sales Experience (preferably in retail), or strong knowledge of Apple products
✔️ Passion for Apple Products
✔️ Excellent Communication Skills
✔️ Team Player: Ability to work well with others and thrive in a dynamic retail environment
✔️ Flexible Availability: Be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends
