📌 Role Overview

The GenAI Talent Program Content Designer is responsible for designing, creating, and refining executive-quality presentation materials and workshop content that elevate iqbusiness’ GenAI Talent Program. This program focuses on Talent Management, GenAI workforce readiness, and future-of-work initiatives.

You will translate complex, abstract ideas into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content for senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams. This role blends design expertise, strategic thinking, and commercial insight to ensure every deliverable reflects professional polish and executive impact.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🖌 Visual Content Design: Create executive-level PowerPoint and Google Slides decks, proposals, and workshop materials for clients and leadership teams.

• 💡 Content Translation: Convert Talent Management and GenAI concepts (Talent Readiness, Workforce Development, AI integration) into clear, persuasive, business-ready visuals.

• 📈 Program Support: Contribute to the GenAI Talent Series, including:

  • Demystifying GenAI Talent Readiness

  • Developing Your GenAI Talent

  • Attracting & Retaining GenAI Talent

  • Evolving Your GenAI Workforce & Culture

  • Integrating GenAI Talent Insights to Win

• 🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Talent, Learning, and GenAI specialists, to refine content, messaging, and narrative flow.

• 🎨 Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials meet visual, strategic, and executive standards across presentations and documents.

• 📝 Content Innovation: Support related initiatives such as GenAI Talent Assessments, Organizational Capability Models, role assessments, learning journeys, and surveys.

• 🔍 Quality Assurance: Maintain attention to detail, executive polish, and commercial impact in all deliverables.

💻 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 🖌 Proven experience producing executive-level decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides

• 🌐 Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Capability frameworks

• 🎨 Exceptional visual storytelling, formatting, and communication skills

• 🤔 Ability to turn abstract concepts into clear, commercially-ready visuals

• 💡 Familiarity with AI / GenAI topics or willingness to learn quickly

• 💻 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Google Slides

• 🔍 Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and ability to meet deadlines
