Job Overview

Montego Pet Nutrition is seeking Casual General Workers to support warehouse and delivery operations in Gqeberha. This is a non-continuous casual role, meaning workers will be called in when additional support is required for short-term tasks or operational demands.

Successful candidates will assist with general warehouse duties, stock handling, deliveries, and maintaining clean work environments. This role is ideal for individuals seeking temporary or flexible work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and handling stock in the warehouse

• Assisting drivers with delivery documentation and paperwork

• Loading and offloading trucks, including lifting bags up to 40kg

• Cleaning and maintaining warehouse facilities and surrounding work areas

• Supporting drivers during delivery routes

• Travelling with delivery teams to various locations when required

• Assisting with general operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Education

• Grade 10 – Grade 12 (Matric preferred)

Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labour experience is advantageous

• Experience working in loading, stock handling, or distribution environments will be beneficial

Skills

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads up to 40kg

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliability and willingness to work when called upon
