Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Provide assistance to applicants with inquiries related to the recruitment process.

    • Guide candidates through application requirements and help troubleshoot common issues.

  • General Operations:

    • Support recruitment events and career fairs as needed.

    • Perform basic housekeeping tasks in the workplace to ensure a safe and clean environment.

    • Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:
    Minimum Grade 10; Grade 12 or equivalent (advantageous).

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a general worker, administrative, or customer service role is beneficial.

  • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Basic computer literacy (advantageous).

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks when needed.
