🧾 JOB OVERVIEW

Clover is seeking dependable and hardworking General Workers to support operations at its Heilbron Milk Powder Production Facility. The role involves performing general production duties, ensuring cleanliness, handling products, and supporting production teams in meeting operational targets under strict safety and quality standards.

📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general production and operational tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures

• Assist with shrink-wrapping, sorting, loading, and handling of products

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness

• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations

• Support production processes during shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous

• Experience in milk powder production will be an added advantage

Skills

• Ability to work in extreme production conditions

• Good verbal communication skills in Business English

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong teamwork and reliability
