π About the Gert Sibande TVET College Learnership Programme
Gert Sibande TVET College, in collaboration with ETDP SETA, is excited to offer an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme for unemployed South African youth who have completed their N6 Certificate in Business Studies fields. This Learnership Programme 2025 is designed to provide workplace experience for graduates of Business Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Public Management, Financial Management, and Management Assistant qualifications.
This hands-on experience will help learners gain practical skills to complete their diplomas and prepare them for a career in business management and related fields. The learnership will be available to 30 eligible students within the Gert Sibande region, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop professionally.
β Who Should Apply?
The Gert Sibande TVET College Learnership Programme is open to South African citizens who meet the following requirements:
βοΈ Completed N6 Certificate in Business Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Public Management, Financial Management, or Management Assistant
βοΈ Must be unemployed
βοΈ Must be younger than 36 years
βοΈ Must require workplace training to complete their diploma
βοΈ Preference will be given to candidates who are currently volunteering (proof required from the host organisation)
