Overview:
Join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), the market leader in developing and delivering fully integrated business management solutions. As a Global Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a vibrant, innovative, and multi-disciplinary Global Brand and Design team, functioning as our in-house Brand and Design agency. This role offers a flexible hybrid work policy, allowing you to spend three days in the office and two days working from home, promoting a balanced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Implement, run, monitor, and advise on Google Ad efforts for all business units globally. Manage SEO for all business websites across various industries and regions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly Google Ad and SEO reports for each region/business unit, advising on performance, making recommendations for improvement, and tracking implemented changes.
- Social Media Advertising: Work with local teams to manage social media advertising requirements. Collaborate with the Global Brand and Design team to execute creative requirements for social media advertising.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the globe to support their digital requirements, align local campaigns, and promote the business to support lead generation.
- Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest digital platform developments, including AI, and provide insights and feedback to stakeholders on new technologies affecting digital marketing.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Digital marketing qualification and Google Ad certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a digital marketing specialist.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Ability to interpret briefs for digital marketing campaigns and manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in reporting and presenting ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of new technologies affecting digital marketing.
