Mimecast is looking for a Governance & Certification Office Graduate to join our dynamic team. If you have a Law, Compliance, or Risk Management Degree/Diploma, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in governance, enterprise risk management (ERM), environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), information governance, and technical/IT audit.
What You’ll Do ✅
✔️ Support the ARC team with governance and project administration for the ARC program, including:
✔️ Manage and monitor ARC projects and governance controls.
✔️ Maintain document libraries, policies, standards, and procedures.
✔️ Assist in Enterprise Risk Management processes, including policy updates, control monitoring, and risk data collection.
✔️ Support ESG governance, sustainability initiatives, and risk reporting.
✔️ Contribute to the Information Governance program.
✔️ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
✔️ Assist with external technical audits and certification program evaluations.
What You’ll Bring 🎯
✔️ Basic understanding of Risk Management, ESG, and UN Sustainability Goals.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, LinkedIn, Intranet).
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✔️ A relevant degree/diploma in IT Audit, Risk Management, Accounting, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Project Management, or Business Administration.
