Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Graduate in Payroll, you will play a crucial role in supporting the payroll team and contributing to essential finance processes within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

πŸ“Š Payroll Administration & Processing:

  • Assist with the accurate processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory submissions and payroll calculations.
  • Provide support in ensuring timely MIBCO online returns and adherence to payroll deadlines.
  • Work alongside skilled professionals to develop and implement payroll-related solutions.

πŸ’Ό Lean & Analytical Tasks:

  • Utilize Lean methods to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Perform root cause analysis to address payroll discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Help with data entry and database administration using Microsoft Office.

  • Receive coaching and training from experienced professionals to build your payroll and finance expertise.
  • Gain exposure to various HR and finance systems, including SAP.

  • A BComm degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, or a similar field.
  • You must be a South African Citizen and at least 18 years of age.
