  • Duration: Fixed-term Internship (typically 12โ€“24 months depending on the division)

  • Support: Study leave for further academic advancement (e.g. SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA track)

  • Development: Soft skills, leadership, ethics, and technical training


โœ… Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Graduate Internship Programme, applicants must:

  • Hold or be completing a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields

  • Have strong academic performance and a desire to pursue a professional designation (e.g. CA(SA), CIMA, etc.)

  • Be a South African citizen or have legal rights to work in South Africa

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Be adaptable, proactive, and a team player

  • Be willing to relocate if required

  • Not currently be employed in another graduate programme
