Duration: Fixed-term Internship (typically 12โ24 months depending on the division)

Structure: Rotational or fixed, based on your academic background and department

Support: Study leave for further academic advancement (e.g. SAICA, SAIPA, CIMA track)

โ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Graduate Internship Programme, applicants must:

Hold or be completing a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields

Have strong academic performance and a desire to pursue a professional designation (e.g. CA(SA), CIMA, etc.)

Be a South African citizen or have legal rights to work in South Africa

Demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Be adaptable, proactive, and a team player

Be willing to relocate if required

Not currently be employed in another graduate programme
