Job Overview
The Graduate in Training (GIT): Impact Investing program is designed for recent graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and development. This intensive 24-month rotational program provides exposure across key business functions, including finance, sustainability, business development, and impact measurement.
Graduates will work closely with senior leaders, gain hands-on experience on real projects, and develop both technical and leadership capabilities, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Learning & Development

Participate in a structured graduate learning and development program

Work on high-impact, cross-functional projects aligned with business strategy

Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders
Business Strategy & Impact Execution

Support execution of strategic initiatives across departments

Assist with research on fundraising opportunities and blended finance mechanisms

Contribute to financial and impact performance reporting
Cross-Functional Exposure

Rotate across sustainability, finance, business development, and project teams

Support projects ranging from fund structuring to community development

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including DFIs and investors
Data, Reporting & Analysis

Collect and analyse financial, operational, and impact data

Support impact measurement, reporting, and verification frameworks

Prepare reports highlighting insights, trade-offs, and opportunities
Innovation, Leadership & Ownership

Identify innovative approaches to mobilising capital for inclusive growth

Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver quality outputs

Develop leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
Qualifications
🎓 Education
-
Degree in Business Science, Economics, Finance, Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE), or a related commerce field
💼 Experience

Recent graduate (internships or project experience advantageous)
