Job Overview
The NEF Graduate Programme is a 12-month internship designed to provide unemployed graduates with practical workplace experience in the retail and wholesale industry.
The programme focuses on developing essential skills, improving employability, and exposing participants to real business environments. Graduates will work alongside industry professionals while gaining hands-on experience in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operational and administrative tasks within assigned departments
- Support business functions such as marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain
- Assist with data capturing, reporting, and documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members on projects and tasks
- Develop professional skills through on-the-job training

Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Degree in one of the following:
- Business Management
- Marketing Management
- Financial Management
- Human Resource Management
- Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Retail Business Management
- Wholesale and Retail Operations
- Public Management / Public Administration
- Office Administration
- Entrepreneurship or related fields
Experience
- No prior work experience required
- Must be unemployed and not currently enrolled in another programme
