Job Overview
The Graduate PWD Administrative Assistant role is designed for individuals with disabilities who are eager to gain hands-on experience in administration. As a Graduate Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Human Capital department, learning valuable administrative skills while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- ✔ System Administration: Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems and databases.
- ✔ General Administrative Tasks: Provide support in routine administrative activities like filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- ✔ Data Entry & Reporting: Assist in managing and inputting data for various administrative purposes.
- ✔ Communication: Draft and respond to internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Professional Development
- ✔ Training & Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in administration, with a focus on learning system administration, office processes, and internal reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- ✔ Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- ✔ Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree) is desirable
- ✔ Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must
- ✔ Good proficiency in English: Both written and verbal
