🎯 About the Graduate Trainee Role
As a Graduate Trainee in Learning Assurance and Vendor Management, you’ll be part of Sasol’s Human Capital division, contributing to impactful learning and development strategies aligned with the company’s transformation and compliance goals.
You’ll gain first-hand exposure to high-level functions such as Skills Development reporting, B-BBEE audits, contract and vendor management, and learnership programme implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical and leadership skills while driving meaningful organisational outcomes.
💼 Key Responsibilities

Assist in the monitoring and reporting of B-BBEE Skills Development compliance.
-
Support quarterly and annual B-BBEE audits and Skills Development spend reviews.
-
Participate in contract and vendor management, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
-
Facilitate monthly stakeholder engagements to track service delivery effectiveness.
-
Ensure the registration and compliance of learners with various SETAs.
-
Conduct monthly performance reviews of service providers and compile feedback reports.
-
Collaborate on the design and delivery of non-technical learnership programmes.
-
Provide administrative support for ongoing learning and development initiatives.
-
Help build a performance-focused, inclusive workplace culture through active support of learning goals.
📚 Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
-
An Honours degree is advantageous.
💼 Experience:
-
2–3 years of relevant experience in:
-
Skills Development and B-BBEE monitoring
-
Vendor and Contract Management
-
Supply Chain or HR functions
-
