You’ll contribute to real projects, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and play a vital role in driving transformation and learning initiatives across the organization.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee in Learning Assurance, your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring Skills Development in alignment with BBBEE targets.

Supporting B-BBEE quarterly audits and Skills Development spend audits.
-
Administering contract and vendor management processes.
-
Evaluating and reporting on service provider performance.
-
Managing compliance with SETA regulations and ensuring learner registration.
-
Hosting monthly reviews with service providers to assess programme effectiveness.
-
Collaborating with internal teams for efficient learning programme delivery.
-
Contributing to strategic and operational goals of the learning assurance team.

Assisting with development, monitoring, and optimization of non-technical learnerships.

Providing detailed performance reports per service provider.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. Honours degree is an advantage.

Experience: 2–3 years in B-BBEE Skills Development, Contract and Vendor Management, or Supply Chain Management.
