💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee in Learning Assurance, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Skills Development in alignment with BBBEE targets.

• Supporting B-BBEE quarterly audits and Skills Development spend audits.

• Administering contract and vendor management processes.

• Evaluating and reporting on service provider performance.

• Managing compliance with SETA regulations and ensuring learner registration.

• Hosting monthly reviews with service providers to assess programme effectiveness.

• Collaborating with internal teams for efficient learning programme delivery.

• Contributing to strategic and operational goals of the learning assurance team.

• Assisting with development, monitoring, and optimization of non-technical learnerships.

• Providing detailed performance reports per service provider.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in B-BBEE Skills Development, Contract and Vendor Management, or Supply Chain Management.
