Key Responsibilities:

📊 Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to business decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software for data manipulation and in-depth analysis.
  • Present your findings clearly and effectively using data visualization tools, such as Power BI.

📈 Advanced Excel Skills

  • Expertly use advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables.
  • Create complex formulas, macros, and automated workflows to streamline data processing.
  • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards for real-time data monitoring.

🔍 Research

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to gather valuable industry insights.
  • Proficient in using online databases and academic journals for data gathering and evaluation.
  • Analyze industry trends and synthesize findings into actionable information for decision-makers.

📑 Reporting

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create visually appealing and informative reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.

Requirements:

🎓 Formal Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Data Analysis, Statistics, or Research Methods.
  • Relevant coursework in Advanced Excel, Data Analysis, and Research Methods.

💼 Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (graduate level or internship experience welcome).

🔧 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
