Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials and maintaining a consistent brand identity for JDJ Diagnostics. You will also provide essential administrative support to the Marketing Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This position requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design and Marketing

  • Design pamphlets, newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Create lab frosts, lab front displays, and promotional materials, including vehicle branding and business cards.
  • Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engagement with followers.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring all marketing materials, promotions, and adverts are current and aligned with the brand.

  • Ensure consistent application of our brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain and update our brand guidelines for both offline and online content, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, such as calling for quotes and pricing and following up on the completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing events and campaigns.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operation within the marketing department.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography to create engaging and effective designs.

  • Experience with website management (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to update and manage website content effectively.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and administration.
