Job Overview
Boxer Superstores is looking for three GRV Clerks to join the Finance Department at the companyโs head office in Westville, Durban. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately capturing the receipt of goods on the Bomm System and ensuring all invoices and supporting documents are processed correctly.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers, records and reports in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect invoices from the receiving department.
- Check and accurately capture invoices on the Bomm System.
- Identify and process supplier claims for short stock, overcharges and undercharges.
- Submit invoices to Admin Managers for forwarding to Head Office twice a week.
- Maintain accurate filing of emails, invoices, scanning rates, adjustments and Bin 97 documents.
- Print and manage daily finance reports, including:
- Admin Reports
- GRV Reports
- CCV Reports
- IDT Reports
- IBT Reports
- Ensure all documents are filed correctly for future reference.
- Meet deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Qualifications
Education
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- National Certificate will be an advantage.
Experience
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in finance, administration or invoice processing.
- Experience using the Bomm System will be advantageous.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and filing skills.
- Ability to work accurately with invoices and reports.
