🌟 Key Responsibilities
✅ Greet guests warmly with a smile, eye contact, and by name when possible
✅ Address guest requests professionally, quickly, and positively
✅ Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
✅ Ensure all documentation and reports are complete and accurate
✅ Answer calls and emails professionally, transferring or escalating as needed
✅ Secure guest information and follow confidentiality protocols
✅ Promote local attractions and experiences to enhance guest stays
✅ Process financial transactions, manage petty cash and night audits
🧠 What You’ll Need
🎓 Education: High School Diploma or GED
🧳 Experience: 1+ year in a guest service or front office role preferred
📞 Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
🙌 Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
🧩 Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management
