Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Expert, your role includes a wide variety of tasks designed to enhance guest satisfaction:

🛎️ Guest Service Excellence
🔹 Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
🔹 Address guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring each guest feels valued.
🔹 Share local insights and guide guests through the amenities and attractions in the area.

💼 Operational Duties
🔹 Ensure all operational needs are met, including managing requests, completing necessary reports, and ensuring that the guest experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
🔹 Maintain a clean and professional appearance and ensure a safe work environment at all times.

🛠️ Problem Resolution
🔹 Take proactive steps to resolve issues that may arise during the guest’s stay.
🔹 Collaborate with team members to improve the guest experience and enhance service delivery.

💬 Communication and Professionalism
🔹 Maintain professional communication with guests and staff at all times.
🔹 Uphold the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and protection of company assets.

🚶 Physical Tasks
🔹 Be ready to move around the hotel (standing, sitting, or walking for long periods).
🔹 Be able to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.


Preferred Qualifications

🎓 Education:
🔹 A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.

💼 Related Work Experience:
🔹 While no related work experience is required, a passion for hospitality and service excellence is essential.
