Position Summary
As the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will manage and streamline all aspects of guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and personalized service. You will oversee payment processes, maintain accurate guest accounts, and coordinate with various teams to deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services Management
- ✔️ Efficient Check-In Process:
Process guest check-ins, verify identities, handle payments, and issue room keys seamlessly. - ✔️ Accurate Account Setup:
Set up guest accounts with precision, including Marriott Rewards information. - ✔️ Billing & Payment Oversight:
Ensure all payments, vouchers, and charges are processed accurately. - ✔️ Daily Reports & Cash Handling:
Compile and review daily reports, complete cashier and closing reports, and manage bank receipts.
Communication & Coordination
- ✔️ Guest Interaction:
Welcome guests, provide property directions, and respond promptly to guest requests. - ✔️ Collaborative Problem Solving:
Liaise with appropriate staff to address guest concerns and ensure all requests are met. - ✔️ Quality & Safety Compliance:
Follow all Accounting procedures, notify Loss Prevention/Security of any issues, and maintain safety standards.
Leadership & Team Support
- ✔️ Team Training & Mentorship:
Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. - ✔️ Policy Enforcement:
Uphold company policies, including the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. - ✔️ Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare accurate written documents and reports while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
Preferred Qualifications
- 🎓 Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - 💼 Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience in a hospitality or guest service role. - 👥 Supervisory Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity. - ✅ Licensing/Certifications:
None required.
