The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs at the Bloemfontein Distribution Centre. This role is crucial to ensuring the overall functionality and safety of the facilities, as well as maintaining the load bodies and trucks to standard.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Welding certificate
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and truck repairs (including load bodies)
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Availability to work overtime and weekends
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs at the Distribution Centre
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure the overall functionality and safety of the facilities
- Maintain load bodies and trucks to a high standard
