🔎 About the Role:
As the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of daily kitchen operations. This hands-on leadership role calls for someone who can cook, lead, manage, and innovate while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and cost control. You’ll play a key role in supervising the culinary team, managing the kitchen budget, and developing standout menus aligned with our brand identity.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Excellence:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes daily or for events.

Design innovative, high-quality recipes and food presentations.

Ensure compliance with food handling, hygiene, and brand standards.

Maintain proper food storage and kitchen equipment care.
Leadership & Team Management:

Supervise all kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen activities.

Lead by example, encourage collaboration, and uphold staff productivity.

Guide, mentor, and support the professional growth of your team.

Execute quality control for all food leaving the kitchen.
Operational Oversight:

Monitor food costs, wastage, and stock levels.

Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently within budget targets.

Implement sustainable and eco-friendly food practices.
Customer-Centric Focus:

Deliver services that exceed customer expectations.

Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.

Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver cohesive service.
🧑🍳 Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary experience.

OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.

Proven leadership in a professional kitchen.

Deep understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control.

Strong ability to train and inspire a diverse culinary team.
