💼 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for compliance matters within the business and with regulatory bodies.

• Develop and implement compliance systems, documentation, and reporting structures.

• Provide guidance to departments in aligning their operations with industry and legal standards.

• Design and execute compliance audit frameworks and risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor adherence to responsible gambling and player protection policies.

• Lead license application processes and manage ongoing compliance with licensing conditions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Law, or a related field.

• 6–10 years’ post-qualification experience in compliance within the financial services or gaming industry.

• 5+ years’ experience in a management role.

• Experience with regulatory license applications and audit processes.
