Your Role: Healthcare Assistant – Wards

As a Healthcare Assistant on the wards, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting clinical staff and ensuring that patients receive exceptional care.

Location: The Albyn Hospital, Aberdeen
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Shift Pattern: Flexible to support your work-life balance

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide patient care under the guidance of nurses and clinical staff
✅ Assist in daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
✅ Monitor patient health and report any concerns to the nursing team
✅ Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
✅ Support patients emotionally and encourage a positive, caring atmosphere
