Position Overview: Our client, a leading domiciliary optician in the South East of England, is seeking an enthusiastic Home-Based Virtual Marketing Administrator to support their team in George, Western Cape, South Africa. This remote position is crucial in promoting their NHS-funded services, which have recently expanded to include optometry, wax removals, and a pharmacy partnership, enhancing their offerings to the UK’s most vulnerable populations.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Marketing Support: Assist with all administrative and marketing procedures within the team.
- Business Procurement: Procure new business and manage recall business through mail campaigns, aligning with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Appointment Management: Confirm appointments and follow up on quotations.
- Payment Processing: Handle the processing of payments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and receive full support from the Head Office.
- Diary Management: Manage the marketing team’s diaries efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and customer service skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Learning Ability: Fast learner with a can-do attitude who can work independently.
