As a Hotel Accountant, you’ll be responsible for managing all accounting functions at the hotel level—ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and compliance with internal controls and hotel policy. ✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage the day-to-day hotel accounting operations
✔️ Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
✔️ Monitor income and expenses to ensure accurate reporting
✔️ Perform bank reconciliations and handle accounts payable/receivable
✔️ Manage and oversee stock control processes and audits
✔️ Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards
✔️ Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
✔️ Liaise with auditors and external partners
✔️ Support hotel operations with financial insights and guidance
📌 Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
✔️ 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in hospitality)
✔️ Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
✔️ Experience using financial systems and MS Excel
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and within a team
✔️ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
