You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting internal HR systems, resourcing, payroll, compliance, and employee experience at a dynamic branch in the heart of the city.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β Organisational Management & Self-Service Support

Maintain and update org structure on SAP monthly.

Act as a MyHR Portal Super User for queries, support, and training.

Assist HRBPs and line managers with OM queries, documentation, and approvals.

Monitor people movements and ensure portal accuracy.
β Resourcing & Onboarding Administration

Issue employee numbers for temp/contractor hires.

Support onboarding processes, including biometric checks, MIE submissions, and employee record queries.

Help with recruitment administration and permanent-to-temp conversions.
β Payroll & Employee Benefits Support

Assist with certificates of service, incentive payouts, long service awards, and special benefit changes.

Ensure proper documentation for sick leave, tax adjustments, and pension fund changes.

Manage exit documentation and disability claims processing.
β HR Data Integrity & Compliance

Validate weekly MI reports, perform audits, and correct SAP data.

Guide line managers through maternity leave, UIF, and policy compliance procedures.

Submit and track records in line with HR document management policies and SOX requirements.
π§ Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Human and Social Studies (Required).

Experience: Proven experience in HR administration in a corporate or financial setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP HR systems, MS Office, and document management platforms.

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and customer-centric mindset.
