What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of core HR administrative services across the business.
Talent Administration
-
Coordinate all recruitment-related administration for A and B-level appointments

Conduct and manage reference checks and criminal record verifications
-
Facilitate onboarding: from offer letters to induction logistics
-
Support employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
-
Handle parental leave, maternity/paternity, health & safety, and injury-on-duty (IOD) queries
Employee Records & HRIS Management
-
Maintain accurate employee records within the SAP HR system
-
Capture and track disciplinary actions, absences, and leave data
-
Support probationary and performance review administration
-
Manage and safeguard employee files and personal information
Payroll & Benefits Coordination

Liaise with payroll and distribute payslips
-
Administer medical aid entries/withdrawals, and process death/disability claims
-
Assist with employee loans, study assistance, and bursary documentation
HR Compliance & Communication

Prepare HR reports and provide key data for management decisions
-
Communicate and distribute HR policies and updates across the workforce

Provide first-line HR support and resolve queries from employees and managers
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
-
2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role
-
Valid Code EB driver’s license (essential)

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Proficient in SAP HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
