Eduvos is excited to invite applications for the role of HR and Business Management Lecturer at our Bedfordview campus. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to deliver high-quality lectures in Human Resource Management and Business Management. This is a permanent position with opportunities to contribute to the development and academic success of our students in the Commerce faculty.

Key Responsibilities:
๐ Lecturing & Course Delivery
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures for Business Management and Human Resource Management modules.
- Prepare and present study materials and lecturer notes to facilitate student learning.
- Foster a positive, interactive learning environment to support student engagement and success.
๐ Assessment & Evaluation
- Set, mark, and grade assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on assignments and exams.
- Support quality assurance processes to maintain academic standards.
๐ General Administration & Academic Affairs
- Assist with the administrative tasks within the academic department.
- Actively contribute to departmental activities, including academic planning and policy development.
- Collaborate with the department to improve curriculum and learning outcomes.
๐จโ๐ซ Student Support & Development
- Provide guidance to at-risk students to ensure their academic success.
- Monitor student performance and intervene when necessary to support their learning journey.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
๐ Minimum Qualifications
- Masterโs in Human Resources Management or a related field.
๐ผ Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant lecturing experience or equivalent teaching experience in higher education.
- A strong understanding of higher education practices and processes.
- Experience in research within the HR and Business Management field is highly beneficial.
