🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Support the end-to-end talent acquisition process
✔️ Manage psychometric tests and background checks for new hires
✔️ Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding documentation
✔️ Handle administrative HR tasks and support recruitment operations
✔️ Engage with successful candidates for onboarding and assessments
✔️ Ensure all documentation is submitted and processed correctly
📌 Minimum Requirements
🎓 Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources
🕒 Minimum of 1 year of recruitment and selection experience – ideally in the FMCG sector
💬 Excellent communication skills (English fluency essential)
📊 Strong numeracy and analytical thinking
🤝 Exposure to managing multiple stakeholders
⏰ Willingness to work flexible hours
