What You Will Do

As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of the HR team. You will help onboard and offboard new colleagues, support recruitment efforts, and assist in ensuring job satisfaction across the organization. Your role will include administrative tasks and the opportunity to work on projects related to HR.

Your tasks will include:
Onboarding and Offboarding: Guide new employees through the onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions during offboarding.
Recruitment: Assist in recruiting new team members to join the Hof van Saksen family.
Employee Satisfaction: Help ensure a positive working environment by focusing on job satisfaction.
HR Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Analyzing HR Issues: Collect data and present insights on HR-related issues.
Project Involvement: Contribute to ongoing HR projects and provide your input on important initiatives.

This internship offers you an opportunity to work closely with the HR Business Partner and the Employee Experience Specialist, providing you with the chance to take on your own projects and showcase your creativity and initiative.

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated and responsible intern who is:

  • Currently studying Higher Professional Education in fields like International Hospitality Management, Tourism, or HR Management.
  • Independent, responsible, and critical with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Solution-oriented, prioritizing tasks effectively, and eager to contribute ideas.
  • Passionate about working in a cultural environment based on hospitality, ambition, teamwork, and pride.
