The HR Management Accountant will be instrumental in ensuring organisational compliance with HR and labour-related legislation, as well as enhancing HR data integrity and reporting. You will work at the intersection of finance and human resources, supporting full-time equivalent (FTE) tracking, labour cost management, system integrity, and budgeting activities across regional entities.

🧾 Key Duties & Responsibilities

βœ… HR System & Reporting

  • Maintain and improve HRIS systems and related tools.

  • Process and update employee data in HR platforms.

  • Ensure system integrity between platforms (e.g., HR Focus and Lactalent).

  • Prepare regular HR reports, including dashboards, charts, and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with IT, BI teams, and HR operations to streamline reporting.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRIS.

  • Handle leave management approvals and pending requests.

  • Act as the liaison with internal departments and external service providers.

βœ… FTE & Labour Cost Reporting

  • Prepare detailed monthly FTE and labour cost reports.

  • Upload monthly data to the corporate HRM system.

  • Maintain labour cost definitions and ensure data consistency.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.

βœ… Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Collaborate with IT to develop and refine budget cubes.

  • Ensure data validity for budgeting inputs.

  • Upload and extract HRM data related to forecasting cycles.

  • Generate variance reports and interpret deviations for HR leadership.


πŸŽ“ Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR accounting, reporting, or payroll.

  • Prior experience with HRIS, payroll platforms, and ERP systems is highly desirable.

  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office Suite knowledge.

  • Strong analytical and statistical interpretation skills.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as BI Cubes and SharePoint.

  • Project and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail and organisational ability.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).

  • Flexibility to travel locally and regionally as needed.
