Eduvos is seeking an Independent Contractor Human Resources Management Lecturer to join its online campus team. This part-time role offers flexible work hours and the opportunity to educate and inspire future HR professionals. The role involves lecturing commerce-related modules and supporting online academic operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📚 Module Facilitation

• Lecture the following modules:

  • Marketing

  • Work Integrated Learning

  • Employment Relations

📄 Academic Delivery & Assessment

• Prepare study notes and learning content

• Set and grade assessments

• Ensure academic integrity and compliance

🎓 Student Engagement

• Provide academic support for at-risk students

• Offer timely feedback and mentorship

🧾 Administration

• Handle general admin tasks related to the academic calendar

• Ensure quality assurance across modules delivered

✅ Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education

• Honours Degree in Human Resources Management (minimum requirement)

• Postgraduate Diploma (advantageous)

🧠 Experience

• Prior lecturing experience in HR or commerce-related modules

• Understanding of higher education systems and requirements

• Experience in online or hybrid learning models preferred

🖥️ Technical Skills

• Proficient in digital learning tools (e.g., Moodle, MS Teams, Zoom)

• Strong command of MS Office
