What Will You Do?
As our Human Resources Manager, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, guiding them to support our business units. You will develop and implement best practice HR programs, policies, and systems that align with our overall strategy and ensure our leaders have the tools needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

✔ Talent Management & Acquisition:
- Manage and oversee talent acquisition with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide leadership and thought direction on talent management strategies.
- Coach your team to identify training and development needs and drive succession planning.

✔ Business Partnership:
- Offer expert guidance to HRBPs, managers, and employees on complex HR matters.
- Analyze HR data to inform people practices and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the broader People and Transformation team to meet shared objectives.

✔ Diversity & Employment Equity:
- Assist in developing and implementing EE plans.
- Execute diversity initiatives and track milestones within the business unit.

✔ Performance Management:
- Oversee performance review processes and ensure effectiveness.
- Guide managers and HRBPs in managing performance and differentiating individual contributions.

✔ Culture & Engagement:
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives, including change management interventions.
- Execute culture surveys, provide feedback, and spearhead action planning.
- Support organizational design and development projects.

✔ Learning & Development:
- Partner with business unit managers and the L&D department to address training needs.
- Facilitate and support programs for continuous HR team development.

✔ Employee Relations:
- Provide sound advice on compliance, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Oversee employee relations issues, ensuring proactive interventions and resolution.

✔ Employee Value Proposition:
- Champion our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the business.
- Contribute to the review and evolution of our EVP to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

⏳ Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years as an HR Generalist with a proven track record in delivering HR projects.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent HR consulting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in HR analytics and data interpretation.
- Project management expertise and strong organizational abilities.
